Student Payment Policy

Please read the payment policy carefully before enrolling in any course or training program at our institution.

1. Course Fee Payment

Students must pay the required admission fee and course fee within the specified time mentioned by the institution during enrollment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Admission fees, registration fees, examination fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable once paid.

5. Payment Methods

Students may complete payments through approved online payment systems, bank transfer, UPI, cash deposit, or authorized payment counters.

6. Receipt & Verification

Students must keep all payment receipts safely for future verification, scholarship claims, and certificate processing purposes.

7. Examination Clearance

Students with pending dues or incomplete payments may not be allowed to appear in examinations or receive certificates until dues are cleared.

8. Policy Updates

The institution reserves the right to revise course fees, payment schedules, or policy terms at any time when necessary.
